How do you get banks to compete for my business?
We work with over 15 banks that offer literally hundreds
of mortgage products. We present your information to up to three
banks and then a broker presents these quotes to you. Different
banks have different products and requirements. Depending on your
specific situation, each bank’s products may offer varying
advantages and rates.
Will you share or sell my information?
Your personal privacy and the security of personal

than general information to start. All applications will ether be
completed over the phone or on SSL servers, which we will direct
you to during the application process.
Do you have Lenders who can help if I have
poor credit?
Yes. We have Lenders who specialize in helping borrowers
with perfect credit and less-than-perfect credit. We will do our
best to find you Lenders with the best rate possible.
How does PalmSpringsHome.com get paid?
For home sales, Realtor rates will be disclosed up
fornt. For mortgages and home loans, PalmSpringsHome.com does not
charge you, the consumer, any fees for this quote service. You will
be responsible for paying the loan processing and closing costs
and any other fees. We are simply a broker between you and the Bank
that you choose and are paid when a loan closes.
If I live outside the Palm Springs Area, can
I use PalmSpringsHome.com to find a loan?
Yes, we focus on servicing local Riverside County
customers, however our lenders can provide loans outside Palm Springs
